This policy explains what information Conducore ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and free tools, and how we handle it.

What we collect

Email address and form answers when you join a waitlist, request notification about a tool, or contact us.
Content you paste into free tools (e.g. review text submitted to Review Reply) for the sole purpose of generating a response for you.
Basic request metadata such as referring page and user agent, used for abuse prevention and debugging.

How we use it

To respond to you, send product updates you signed up for, and operate the service you requested.
To improve our tools and understand aggregate usage. We do not sell personal information.
Review text submitted to free tools is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response. We do not retain review content beyond what is needed to fulfill the request.

Sharing

We share data only with vendors we need to run the service (hosting, email delivery, AI inference). We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your email and form data at any time by emailing hello@conducore.com.
You can unsubscribe from any email we send you using the link in that email.
If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you can exercise those rights by contacting us at the address above.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses a single local-storage entry to remember your theme preference. We may add privacy-respecting analytics in the future; if we do, we will update this page.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information in transit (TLS) and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
